This is my story, the one that shaped the work I do today.
I never set out to become a voice for reinvention. Life simply kept asking me to become someone new.
I miscarried…5 times.
I walked through early perimenopause.
I had a baby at 40.
I rebuilt after divorce.
I blended a family of four boys.
I learned to co-parent with boundaries, clarity, and compassion.
I lost myself.
I found myself again.
And I rebuilt a life that feels grounded, aligned, and mine.
These chapters, messy, meaningful, painful, beautiful — inform every piece of work I create. Because I know firsthand how disorienting, and how transformative, rebuilding can be.
For more than 15 years, I built and scaled companies—leading five acquisitions, serving as the former CEO of HeyMama, a major women’s leadership community, co-founding and advising startups, developing culture and leadership frameworks, helping women raise millions in funding, and supporting founders through complex transitions. Those roles sharpened my strategic mind: scaling, growth, operations, fundraising, and building organizations rooted in purpose. But titles were never the point. Women were.
Alongside that career, my personal life asked me to evolve in ways I never anticipated. I miscarried. I entered perimenopause early. I had a baby at 40. I rebuilt after divorce. I blended a family of four boys. I learned to co-parent with boundaries, compassion, and clarity. And through every chapter, motherhood, identity shifts, divorce, reinvention, leadership transitions, I realized how profoundly these moments change us. Motherhood changes everything. Divorce changes everything. Career transitions change everything. Identity changes everything. Blending a family changes everything. Becoming a mother at 40 changes everything. And women deserve far more support as they navigate the moments that stretch them the most.
My mission now is simple: to help women rebuild, reimagine, and rise through the chapters that feel impossible, transformative, and MOMumental.
